Where we ship

Australia only for this drop.

We know a lot of you aren't in Australia, and we'd like to change that. The honest reason is cost: international freight on a jersey runs $20–35 before customs, which would mean charging close to double the sticker price. For our first production run we'd rather do one thing properly.

If you want Fantazia shipped to your country, join our email list and tell us where you are. We're counting, and it's what will make international shipping viable on the next drop.

When your order ships

This is a pre-order. Jerseys are manufactured after the pre-order window closes, and the closing date and expected dispatch window for the current drop are both shown on the product page.

Manufacturing timelines can move. If production runs late we'll email everyone with an honest update rather than going quiet — you'll always know where your order is.

Shipping options and cost
Standard shipping — $10. Sent with tracking via Australia Post. Free on orders over $100.
Pickup at a Fantazia event — free. We run Court Wars every Saturday from September at Monash University, Clayton. Once your jersey lands we'll email you, and you can collect it at whichever Saturday session suits — no fixed date. Bring your order confirmation.
Delivery times

Once dispatched, Australia Post standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days to metropolitan areas and up to 10 business days to regional and remote addresses. These are Australia Post's estimates, not guarantees, and can stretch during busy periods.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within the expected window, check the tracking first, then email us and we'll chase it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll re-send it once you've covered the return postage cost.

If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us straight away — if we haven't dispatched yet we can fix it for free.

Lost parcels

See our Refund Policy. Short version: we lodge an enquiry with Australia Post, and once it's confirmed lost we replace or refund.
