Sizing
Jerseys are unisex and run 2XS–3XL, in Australian sizing. The cut is relaxed — it sits loose through the body rather than tight to the chest. If you want it fitted, size down one.
Coming to Court Wars? We'll have sample jerseys on the table during the pre-order window. Try one on before you commit — it's the surest way to get the size right.
Measure a shirt you already own — don't guess
If you can't get to a session, this is the next best thing, and it takes about a minute. Grab a jersey or tee you already like the fit of and lay it flat on a bed or floor. Smooth out the wrinkles.
- Chest (flat): measure straight across from one armpit seam to the other. That's your chest number — match it to the table below. (If you'd rather measure yourself, run a tape around the fullest part of your chest and halve it.)
- Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder seam, next to the collar, straight down to the bottom hem.
Compare those two numbers to the chart. If you land between two sizes, go with the smaller one — this jersey already runs relaxed.

Chest is measured flat, armpit to armpit — double it for the full circumference (M = 112 cm around). Allow roughly 1 cm variance, as these are cut and sewn by hand.
What if I'm between sizes?
Size down. The cut is already relaxed, so the smaller size will still be comfortable and will look sharper on court.
Can I swap sizes after ordering?
Yes — any time before the pre-order window closes. Email us with your order number and the size you want. Once the window closes the order goes to production and sizes are locked.
Pre-orders
Why pre-order instead of just having stock?
We're a small brand. Making a giant batch and hoping it sells means dead stock and wasted material. Pre-orders mean we make exactly what people want — nothing more.
When does the pre-order window open?
Dates haven't been announced yet. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know when it opens, when it closes, and when jerseys ship. We'll also post it on Instagram and TikTok.
When am I charged?
In full at checkout. That's what funds the production run.
Can I cancel?
Yes, for a full refund any time before the pre-order window closes. After that we've already paid for your jersey to be made, so cancellations aren't possible. Custom name/number jerseys can't be cancelled or refunded once production starts — they're made for you specifically.
How long until it arrives?
Jerseys are manufactured after the window closes, so there's a wait — that's the trade-off for making exactly what people ordered. We'll publish the expected dispatch window when the pre-order opens, and email every order holder if anything moves.
Custom name & number
What are the limits?
Name: up to 12 characters, letters only. Number: 0–99. Nicknames encouraged.
What if I typo my name?
Email us straight away with your order number. If the pre-order window is still open we'll fix it. After that we print exactly what was submitted — we can't refund a typo, so please double-check before you check out.
Shipping & pickup
What are my options?
- Shipping anywhere in Australia — $10 flat, free on orders over $100. Sent tracked with Australia Post.
- Free pickup at Court Wars. Saturdays at Monash University, Clayton. Once your jersey lands we'll email you, and you can collect it at whichever session suits — no rush, no fixed date. Bring your order confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
Not on this drop — Australia only for now.
We know that's frustrating, and we know a lot of you aren't in Australia. The honest reason: international freight on a jersey runs $20–35, plus customs on arrival, which would mean charging you close to double the sticker price. For our first ever production run we'd rather do one thing properly than do it badly everywhere.
If you want it in your country, get on the email list and tell us where you are. We're counting. If enough people from one place put their hand up, that's what makes international viable on the next drop — and you'll be first to know when it happens.
How long will delivery take?
Once dispatched, Australia Post standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days to metro areas and up to 10 business days regional. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order goes out.
Court Wars
What is it?
Our social volleyball session at Monash University, Clayton. Saturday afternoons, three courts, king-of-the-court ladder — win and you climb, lose on the top court and you're on duty. Four games guaranteed every session.
How do I enter?
Grab a team entry for a single session, or lock in the whole season. Spots are limited per session.
Orders & returns
Something arrived faulty or wrong.
Email fantaziavolleyball@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of receiving it. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you'd prefer, and we cover return postage. Faults are on us, always.
Changed my mind returns?
Because everything is made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns or size exchanges after delivery. This is why we're pushy about trying a sample on or measuring a shirt first. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for items that are faulty or not as described.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — payments run through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Free sticker
Every order comes with a free branded Fantazia sticker. No, you can't opt out. Yes, people have tried.
