The pre-order window
- Opens: Monday 21 September, 8:00 PM
- Closes: Monday 28 September, 8:00 PM — or when the 100th jersey sells, whichever comes first
- Dispatch: 2–3 weeks after the window closes — mid-October
- Delivery after dispatch: 3–5 business days metro, up to 10 business days regional
Sizing
The short version: order the size you normally wear
Our sizes are listed in Australian sizing. If you wear a medium in Australia, order a medium. We've already done the conversion — you don't need to work anything out.

There's also a 2XS (48.5 cm chest, 66 cm length) if you're after something smaller than an XS.
Heads up: the tag inside will say a bigger size
Our jerseys are made in Malaysia, and Malaysian sizing runs about two sizes smaller than Australian. A medium here is roughly an extra large there.
We've converted the sizes on the website so you order what you'd normally order. But the label sewn into the jersey is the factory's, so it will read two sizes larger than what you picked. Order an M, and the tag says XL. That's correct — it's the right jersey. The measurements in the table above are what actually matters.
Want it tighter?
The cut is relaxed — it sits loose through the body rather than tight to the chest. If you want it fitted for playing, go one size down from your usual. If you're between sizes, size down.
If you'd rather be certain — measure a shirt you already own
Takes about a minute and it's the surest way. Grab a jersey or tee you already like the fit of, lay it flat, and smooth out the wrinkles.
- Chest (flat): measure straight across from one armpit seam to the other.
- Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder seam, next to the collar, straight down to the bottom hem.
Match those two numbers to the table above. Allow roughly 1 cm variance — these are cut and sewn by hand.
Coming to Court Wars? We'll have sample jerseys on the table during the pre-order window. Try one on before you commit — better than any chart.
Can I swap sizes after ordering?
Yes — any time before 8:00 PM on Monday 28 September. Email us with your order number and the size you want. Once the window closes the order goes to production and sizes are locked.
Why does it only go up to 3XL?
3XL is the largest our manufacturer cuts — 66 cm across the chest flat, which is about 132 cm around. In their sizing that's a 5XL. If you need bigger than that, email us before you order and we'll see what's possible on the next run.
Pre-orders
Why pre-order instead of just having stock?
We're a small brand. Making a giant batch and hoping it sells means dead stock and wasted material. Pre-orders mean we make exactly what people want — nothing more.
Why only 100?
Because that's the run. Not 100 per size — 100 in total, across every size and both styles. When the hundredth sells, the store closes even if the window has days left. There's no restock and no second batch of this design.
When am I charged?
In full at checkout. That's what funds the production run.
Can I cancel?
Yes, for a full refund any time before the window closes. After that we've already paid for your jersey to be made, so cancellations aren't possible. Custom name/number jerseys can't be cancelled or refunded once production starts — they're made for you specifically.
When will it arrive?
Production starts once the window closes on 28 September. Jerseys dispatch 2–3 weeks later, around mid-October, then 3–5 business days to metro areas and up to 10 business days regional. You'll get a tracking number by email when yours goes out. If anything moves, we'll email every order holder — we won't leave you guessing.
Custom name & number
What are the limits?
Name: up to 12 characters, letters only. Number: 0–99. Nicknames encouraged.
I'm ordering for my whole team — how do I put a different name on each one?
Add them one at a time. Choose Custom and your size, type the first player's name and number, add to cart. Then come back to the product page and do the next one. Each goes into your cart as its own line with its own name, and you check out once at the end.
The quantity box stays at one for Custom jerseys on purpose — if it let you order three at once, all three would come back with the same name printed on them. Basic jerseys have no name, so you can set any quantity you like there.
What if I typo my name?
Email us straight away with your order number. If the pre-order window is still open we'll fix it. After that we print exactly what was submitted — we can't refund a typo, so please double-check before you check out.
Shipping & pickup
What are my options?
- Shipping anywhere in Australia — $10 flat, free on orders over $100. Sent tracked with Australia Post.
- Free pickup at Court Wars. Saturdays at Monash University, Clayton. Once your jersey lands we'll email you, and you can collect it at whichever session suits — no rush, no fixed date. Bring your order confirmation.
Two jerseys gets you over $100, so shipping is free from the second one.
Do you ship internationally?
Not on this drop — Australia only for now.
We know that's frustrating, and we know a lot of you aren't in Australia. The honest reason: international freight on a jersey runs $20–35, plus customs on arrival, which would mean charging you close to double the sticker price. For our first ever production run we'd rather do one thing properly than do it badly everywhere.
If you want it in your country, get on the email list and tell us where you are. We're counting. If enough people from one place put their hand up, that's what makes international viable on the next drop — and you'll be first to know when it happens.
How long will delivery take?
Once dispatched, Australia Post standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days to metro areas and up to 10 business days regional. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order goes out.
Court Wars
What is it?
Our social volleyball session at Monash University, Clayton. Saturday afternoons, three courts, three teams to a court — two playing, one on scoring and refereeing duty. Four games guaranteed every session.
What are the divisions?
Two, graded against the Volleyball Victoria state league system.
- Blaze — for teams playing at Premier or Reserve 1 level. One court, three team spots.
- Ember — for everyone else: Reserve 2 and 3, social teams, mixed sides, and anyone still finding their feet. Two courts, six team spots.
Ember is deliberately broad. We'd rather run one division where everybody gets a competitive game than several where somebody is always the odd team out. Go by your strongest two or three players, not your average.
How does a session work?
Six rounds, 20-minute matches, play to 25. Every team plays four games and takes duty twice — scoring and refereeing the match in front of them. Nobody sits idle.
How do I enter?
Grab a team entry for a single session, or lock in the whole season. Book five or more Saturdays and 15% comes off automatically. Spots are limited per session, and when a division fills it's closed.
Where are the standings?
On the standings page, updated after every Saturday, and this week's draw is on the schedule page. Three points for fielding a team, two for each match won — so a team that turns up every week is always on the board.
Orders & returns
Something arrived faulty or wrong.
Email fantaziavolleyball@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of receiving it. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you'd prefer, and we cover return postage. Faults are on us, always.
Changed my mind returns?
Because everything is made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns or size exchanges after delivery. This is why we're pushy about trying a sample on or measuring a shirt first. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for items that are faulty or not as described.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — payments run through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Free sticker
Every order comes with a free branded Fantazia sticker. No, you can't opt out. Yes, people have tried.
